Service delivery policy

Signal AI is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.
1. When your plan starts
Your plan is activated in your account as soon as the payment provider confirms your payment, usually within a few minutes. You receive an invoice by email and in the Billing section of your dashboard.
2. First results
After you add a brand, the first scan and site audit run in the background. Results usually appear within an hour, depending on the number of questions and on AI provider response times.
3. Where the service is delivered
You use Signal AI through your web browser from anywhere. Access is tied to your account login.
4. If something goes wrong
If your plan is not active 24 hours after a successful payment, email support@geosignalai.com with your payment reference. If we cannot fix it within 48 hours, you get a full refund under our cancellation and refund policy.
